CBDT further extends last date for e-filing of Form No. 10AB to 30/09/2022, in all the cases for which the last date is on or before 29/09/2022, in view of difficulties being faced by the stakeholders in electronic filing thereof.
It may be noted that electronic filing of Form No. 10AB is stipulated in Rule 2C or 11AA or 17A of the Income-tax Rules, 1962 for seeking registration or approval u/s 10(23C), 12A or 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961.
Earlier also CBDT has extended such deadline to 31/03/2022, in all the cases for which the last date was on or before 28/02/2022, vide CBDT Income Tax Circular 16/2021 dt. 29/08/2021
