How to Access or Download the E-Passbook

iii) Click on the “Download” option and select “Download Passbook”.
iv) Select the financial year for which the member wishes to view the e-passbook.

What to do if there are any discrepancies in the EPFO e-Passbook?
In case you find any discrepancies in your e-Passbook, you can raise a complaint with the EPFO. You can do this by following the below steps:
i) Log in to the EPFO website using your UAN and password;
ii) Click on the ‘Raise Grievance’ option;
iii) Select the type of grievance and provide the necessary details; and
iv) Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Once your complaint is registered, the EPFO will investigate the issue and provide a resolution within the stipulated time frame.
How to update personal details
To update your personal details in the EPFO e-Passbook, you need to follow the below steps:
i) Log in to the EPFO website using your UAN and password;
ii) Click on the ‘Manage’ option;
iii) Click on the ‘KYC’ option; and
iv) Upload the necessary documents to update your personal details.
Once the documents are verified, your personal details will be updated in the e-Passbook.

E-pass book data is available only from 2010 and onwards and these entries are correct. However prior data has mistakes, especially the amount shown in pension fund is zero, also total amount shown in pension column have mistakes.
