CBIC issues Central Tax Notification 1/2023, amending Central Tax Notification 14/2017 on the jurisdiction/powers of GST officials.
CBIC has made these changes to assign the jurisdiction and power of Superintendent of Central Tax to officers of the rank of Additional Assistant Directors in the Directorates General of Goods and Services Tax Intelligence (DGGSTI), Goods and Services Tax (DGGST), and Audit (DGA).
