Govt. has been taking various steps for roll out/ implementation of the GST from 1 July, 2017. To cope up with the ongoing changes and bring greater awareness about the new/ proposed indirect tax regime (GST), the Indirect Taxes Committee of the ICAI has started conducting the Certificate Course on GST at various cities across India.
The Certificate Course of ICAI on GST is aimed at enhancing the knowledge of the Members on the subject as well as to provide them benefit in the global service market.

Payment of Fee for Certificate Course on GST
Demand Draft/ Pay Order of Rs. 18,000/ member should be made in favor of ‘The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India’ payable at New Delhi. Alternatively, members may register by making online payment of the prescribed fees at http://www.idtc.icai.org. The fee amount is inclusive of the fee for examination to be held immediately after completion of the Course.
CPE Hours for Certificate Course on GST
30 Structured CPE Hours, which is equivalent to the minimum requirement recommended by the CPE Committee for a Calendar year for the members in practice.
Last but not the least, the commencement of GST Certificate Course is subject to the minimum number of participants as prescribed by the Committee. Besides, due to limitation of seats, the registration will be on ‘first come first serve’ basis.
