ICAI has issued fourth edition (2021) of the “Guide for Taxation of Non-residents in India’, incorporating the amendments in Income Tax law made by the Finance Act, 2020.
In this Guide, the ICAI has provide updated consolidated knowledge about taxation laws for non-resident in India, along with all the recent amendments and case laws relating to Income Tax laws in India, as may be applicable.
