MCA notifies 22nd January, 2021 as the appointed date from which provisions of Section 21 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2019 shall come into force.
MCA Notification dt. 22/01/2021 : Appointed date for Section 21 of Companies Amendment Act 2019 notified
S.O. 324(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2019 (22 of 2019), the Central Government hereby appoints the 22nd day of January, 2021 as the date on which the provisions of section 21 of the said Act shall come into force.
