Simplified EPS/ EPF Withdrawal Claim Forms 19, 10C & 31 (UAN based)

EPFO has introduced Composite PF Claim Forms (Aadhar/ Non-Aadhar), Pension Claim Form (Aadhaar) and Composite Claim Form (PF/ EPS/ EDLI) for Death cases. As a result, the Claim Forms No. 5IF, 10C, 10D, 19, 20 and 31 (including UAN Forms 19, 10C, 10D and 31) stands withdrawn. Further, now partial PF withdrawals shall be allowed based on Self Certification (instead of other documents/ certificates), using new Composite PF Claim Forms (Aadhar/ Non-Aadhar). Earlier, the EPFO had notified that the employees whose details like AADHAAR Number and Bank Account Number have been seeded in their Universal Account Number (UAN) and whose UAN have been activated, may submit their PF withdrawal claims in Form 19 UAN, 10C UAN and 31 UAN directly to the regional EPF Office even without attestation of their respective employers. Now the EPFO has dispensed with those forms.
