CBIC has extended the due date for filing of GSTR-3B (November, 2023) upto 10th January, 2024 in the case of taxpayers registered in the Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, Kanyakumari, Thoothukudi and Virudhunagar districts of Tamilnadu.
CBIC Central Tax Notification 1/2024 dated 05/01/2024: GSTR-3B (Nov’23) Deadline Extended for 5 Tamilnadu Districts (Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, Kanyakumari, Thoothukudi and Virudhunagar)
This notification provides an extension in timeline for filing GSTR-3B return for the month of November 2023 till 10th January 2024 for those registered persons in specified districts of Tamil Nadu, who are required to furnish the said return under section 39(1) read with rule 61(1)(i) of CGST Rules 2017.
